Returns policy
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original labels.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used when placing the order. If this is not available, please contact us. support@ringis.de
- For the refund, we will use the online payment method used for the purchase, which cannot be changed. In the case of orders returned via courier service, the refund will be made within 14 days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Shipping policy
Your ordered and assembled package will be delivered by UPS. We have been working with the UPS group for many years. Handling your package provides you with fast, reliable and flexible options. Once you have posted your package, you can get useful information about the whereabouts of your package, how to change the delivery and how to make a claim.
With the help of the trucking number associated with your package, you can track your package on the UPS website ( www.ups.com) and see exactly when the expected product will arrive.
The delivery parity for packages ordered on www.ringis.de is as follows:
UPS standard home delivery can take 1 - 3 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon are delivered by UPS.
Express delivery will be delivered within 24 hours to the specified address. Orders placed after this time will leave our warehouse on the next working day at the earliest, even if you choose UPS Express.
- Standard delivery is 5 EUR. Standard delivery is free for orders over 100 EUR.
- Express delivery by UPS 13 EUR. Free of charge for orders over 100 euro.
